These courses are designed as practical, highly focused Spanish language courses addressing the specific needs of educators working with Spanish speaking students. For teachers, counselors, school principals, and staff.
Objectives – Participants will learn how to:
• introduce themselves and greet people
• interpret cultural behaviors
• interact with students and speak about classroom and school procedures
• conduct simple parent conference discussing academics and student behavior
Materials – Textbook appropriate for the level and a reference grammar of Spanish.
Courses – Modules of 10 hours and above, based on interests and needs. Small and large groups can be accommodated.
Location – To be determined.
